Returns & Refund Policy

At SmileBloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.


1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for your return

Our team will provide you with return instructions.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The item is defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened mouthwash products
  • Used oral care products
  • Items that have been damaged through misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging (where applicable)

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or not as described.


7. Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with this policy.


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
